The Pera Museum was opened in June 2005. The Museum is located in a 6-storey historical building in the capital of Turkey, Istanbul. Five upper floors of the Museum are allocated for exhibition halls.
The Pera Museum was opened in June 2005. The Museum is located in a 6-storey historical building in the capital of Turkey, Istanbul. Five upper floors of the Museum are allocated for exhibition halls.
On the first floor, a large exhibition hall is allocated for the exhibition "Weights and measures of Anatolia". Within the frames of the exhibition the most interesting exhibits are presented, among which there are weights, scales, measuring devices belonging to different periods and epochs of the Turkish state.
