This extremely unusual museum opened in 2006 thanks to the efforts of local residents. Initially, the exhibition included less than a dozen different weighing devices, currently about 40 scales and weights can be seen in the museum. All exhibits are in working condition. Within the framework of the tiny exhibition, a variety of scales are presented: from accurate pharmaceutical scales to huge platform scales, of which the building is a part.
Cršenovy Scales Museum is officially registered in the Czech book of records as the smallest museum in the country.
